I had a very good experience with Custom Decks Plus and highly recommend them for deck work. We used our existing under structure and replaced wood with Trex on all horizontal and vertical surfaces (skirting). Joe is knowledgeable and thorough during the design, quoting and build phases. Steve and Matt do excellent and thorough installation. The project was timely start to finish. Joe is always available and responsive to issues/questions that arise.

Showed up every day, worked all day. 2 days into construction we asked for a design change which they handled with agility. Pretty sure that if there's a tornado, the deck will do better than the house.
